Beware of fake job agents

Jobs in foreign land is the most lucrative job option, that any one like you or me, would surely get tempted for. It’s a human tendency that we get lured by a job opportunity, which promises a high salary and jobs in foreign land is surely a cherry added to it, for the Indians. There are many sources, which help us in finding the right job, such as online job portals, job agents, recruitment agencies, etc. All these have opportunities for working in India as well as jobs in gulf, and in other foreign lands. Some of the recruitment companies or agents require you to submit the money or fees for helping you find a prosperous job opening. In case of the foreign jobs, the money involved is huge, so a proper research should be done, before submitting money for jobs in gulf or other countries.

There have been many fake cases related to this, but still we don’t seem to be learning a lesson out of it. Just hearing the name of the country and the salary, we get attracted towards the job and do not mind in shedding thousands or even lacs of rupees. But mind it, that today more than the real and the credible companies, there are fraud agents existing in the job market. So, you need to be really careful, before actually investing your money for a job in foreign land. The identity, credibility, contract papers, all should be checked, before making any agreement with a job agent or a job agency. Countries like gulf or other foreign destinations are very particular and strict about their working rules. So people with incomplete legal documents can face harsh treatment in these countries.

Therefore, it is very important for you to be very sure of the credibility and loyalty of your job agent and that he lands you to a right job in the right country.

Though salaries have not seen any jump and been the same as 2009 but are expected to increase by the year end.

Expatriates are seen willing to move out of UAE to other parts of the Middle East like Saudi Arabia and Qatar forced by market dynamics. This has intensified the competition in Gulf job market while employers are putting candidates through rigorous selection processes. It is a potential recruitment market as hundreds of foreign professionals show interest in taking up jobs in UAE.
