Gulf Job market is improving

A family in present scenario is totally dependent on the monthly wages, which is earned by his employed members. Unlike, the business families, service class employees have more or less only one source income, i.e. their job and crisis in job can lead to major financial crunch in the respective family. There are few examples which made the people realise the value of each penny they spend, like recession or downturn which hit the whole world, I still remember what havoc was created last year due to recession in the India. Same happened in Dubai, when many employees were deported due to the crisis faced by the real estate market. All these situations are actually the testing times, it checks our patience and moreover it helps in analysing the strength or power of the company and its employees.

All this is past and now, the good news is, recession is over, the world economy is growing, and the best part the latest slow down faced by the Gulf industries is also on the verge of recovery. I know, all those working in Dubai or Gulf countries have been recently going through a lot of tensions and mental pressure, but now they do not have to worry, as according to the latest reports by an online portal called GulfTalent.com, the job market in the gulf is growing. The company did the survey for year 2009- 2010, which was reviewed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration, and the citied covered by them included Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and the United Arab Emirates.

According to the survey, the job opportunities and the lifestyle of the gulf people are increasing despite the global economic slowdown. Also, with the enactment of new labour laws, the protection of the legal and social rights of the residents as well as the foreign employees, have been far better and a sense of satisfaction has been observed in the citizens living the gulf countries. It means, we should now stop worrying about our friends, relatives working there in Gulf, they have quite a safe future, and if you some how dropped your plan of going to Dubai for a job, you can re- plan and implement it.

Fulfil your dreams of working in gulf

We all have this dream of travelling abroad, earning in foreign currencies, in short living life king size. UK, USA, has been for years the favourite career destination for any youngster. It we ask from any child, if given an option to work in a foreign land, where would you want to go, he would randomly say New York or London. But the times are changing, and so are the people’s criterions for choosing a job destination. With different countries catching eye balls for their specialities and opening its doors to new talents, more people are getting attracted towards these counties.

One such part of the world is UAE, which is popular for oil, gas and petroleum jobs among its other varied job opportunities it offers to the applicants all over the globe. People are scared to apply to these jobs, due to the scarcity of knowledge they have, in regard to these areas and superstitious negativities imposed over them about the rigid culture and customs of UAE, from their childhood days. It is true, that Islamic and Arabic culture is very rigid, and their followers are very particular about its customs and rituals, but it does not mean that they are indifferent towards the people from a foreign land. They also welcome their guests with the same spirit of warmness, as the people in the other countries do. In fact, cities like Dubai and Saudi Arabia, which are the job hubs of the region, are very modern in their approach towards life and its practices.

Also, its not very tough to get a visa for UAE, all you need is an application and a license from your employer, where you are going to join as a proof of your official visit in the country. The passport should have a validity of minimum six months, in case of a work visit. The visa is valid for two months after the issue date and thirty days, from the entry date. So, you see it’s not at all tough to do a job in Dubai or Saudi Arabia, and if you have been dreaming to work in these countries, then you are just required to search and apply for a suitable job according to your capability and interest and rest will follow you.
