5th Annual People Challenge Middle East Summit in Dubai


The Human resource issues are getting importance in the Gulf nations. The Gulf nation’s economies are mostly dependent of petro-dollars structures and require expats as their basic work force. The economies of various nations are diversifying from being the petrol dependent nations. Some of them are establishing as financial hubs while others are becoming tourism spots.
Many cities of Gulf are also establishing itself as the next destination for medical tourism. These cities are also becoming hotspots destinations for shopping and trading. Besides the oil and gas jobs in the Middle East, the HR departments of numerous companies in Dubai are trying to attract expats for jobs in other sectors.
