Generally it is wise to do adequate research before going to any country in the UAE for work. The standards of work in the UAE have always acted as a barrier to foreign workers to settle in the country with their families.
But with changing times, new laws and reforms are getting introduced in the UAE, which give employees space to live their lives in a more refined manner. This is a very inspiring way to invite applications from more people seeking work in companies located in the United Arab Emirates. Now employees can also bring their families, because of their continued employment.

Also, this rule is consistent with the fact that employers cannot force employees to work with them, if they are not willing to work with the company, although in the case of contract, the employee needs to follow it. The companies now give the employees the freedom to choose work as per their comfort level, along with excellent working conditions.
