Agencies Promising Jobs in Middle East? Beware!!

Middle East is a dream place for millions. Hundred thousands migrate to the region with big dream in their eyes of earning enormous salaries and living life king size. But, sometimes these dreams are shattered as soon as they move to the new city and realize that they have been bluffed.

With the increasing preference for jobs in Middle East, a number of agencies have opened up promising to fetch jobs for the aspirants. A few cases have been reported by expats claiming that they have been fooled all the while by the fraudulent job agencies that lured them with plush jobs. Such recruitment firms are operating freely around the country and duping more and more young men everyday. Many big dreams are devastated when the realization of being taken for a cruel ride is dawned on the starry eyed. What is told about the place and the job prior to leaving the native country is entirely different from the real encounter.

The working conditions are slave like inducing nightmarish experiences in an alien land. This is especially true for unskilled and sometimes the semi-skilled workers who move out of their homelands in the hope of making mega bucks but are trapped and left cheated. They are lured into well paying jobs in Middle East where they are then made to slog for hours. These fraud agencies charge huge sums of money as high as 2 lakhs from the already poverty stricken people in grave need for jobs. The excuse of procuring passport and visa works fine with them, making it easier to convince almost anybody to empty their pockets.

It is extremely significant to be alert at all times and to not get swayed with attractive offers. Always check the authenticity of the recruitment agency and the employer before making the final move.

Chocolate Tasting : An Emerging Career in Abu Dhabi

The emirate jobs of Abu Dhabi is the hub of creative professions like writing, photography, painting, designing, mystery shopping and now chocolate tasting. Yes, that’s right-chocolate tasting is beginning to gain importance in the Emirati markets.

The concept of chocolates is newer for Emiratis as entered the region only in 1970s and people are still learning the difference between regular and fine chocolates. Some of the brands launched across Saudi Arabia, UAE and Oman in last 15 years are Choco Art, Pistache and Fuala. To cater to the tastes of the people, it is very important to know about their preferences to decide the right fat content, sweetness, cocoa taste and milk quantity. When one can strike the right balance between these ingredients to lure Emiratis to chocolates, then the job is done. The cracking, melting, mixing, tempering and filling and emptying chocolate molds is what it takes to make chocolates.

The chocolate tasting job is surely a tempting one and among the best as one gets paid for what one loves eating the most. But, it is fattening too thus necessitating the habit of exercising to avoid putting on weight. One gets to sniff, sip and lets the chocolate melt in the mouth before making the judgment on what more should be added. The use of meswak stick, a tree branch traditionally functioned as a tooth brush, before trying the next sample of chocolate cleans teeth and refreshes mouth for the new taste. This way the taste of next sample does not get mixed with the previous one.

The major season of chocolates is at the end of Ramjan and Eid as the entire Muslim community craves for something sweet and rich after days of fasting. Generally, they prefer light filling and not too sweet, milk chocolates over heavy, dark ones.

Beware of fake job agents

Jobs in foreign land is the most lucrative job option, that any one like you or me, would surely get tempted for. It’s a human tendency that we get lured by a job opportunity, which promises a high salary and jobs in foreign land is surely a cherry added to it, for the Indians. There are many sources, which help us in finding the right job, such as online job portals, job agents, recruitment agencies, etc. All these have opportunities for working in India as well as jobs in gulf, and in other foreign lands. Some of the recruitment companies or agents require you to submit the money or fees for helping you find a prosperous job opening. In case of the foreign jobs, the money involved is huge, so a proper research should be done, before submitting money for jobs in gulf or other countries.

There have been many fake cases related to this, but still we don’t seem to be learning a lesson out of it. Just hearing the name of the country and the salary, we get attracted towards the job and do not mind in shedding thousands or even lacs of rupees. But mind it, that today more than the real and the credible companies, there are fraud agents existing in the job market. So, you need to be really careful, before actually investing your money for a job in foreign land. The identity, credibility, contract papers, all should be checked, before making any agreement with a job agent or a job agency. Countries like gulf or other foreign destinations are very particular and strict about their working rules. So people with incomplete legal documents can face harsh treatment in these countries.

Therefore, it is very important for you to be very sure of the credibility and loyalty of your job agent and that he lands you to a right job in the right country.
