Seminar organised for women job aspirants in gulf

Jobs in foreign countries have always been a factor of fascination for Indians. The foreign currency and the lifestyle in countries across the world, has always motivated the citizens of India, to look for jobs abroad. The countries, which tops as the destination for the job search in India, are USA, UK, Gulf countries, etc. Out of all these Gulf countries forms the region, which mostly attracts the southern part of India. People living in states like Kerela, are believed to be covering the major percentage of Indians, looking jobs in gulf. Not only men, but a considerable amount of women population, can also be seen applying for jobs in the gulf countries. Therefore to make these women aware of the cultures and work practices followed in the gulf countries, a seminar was organised by the Kerala Women's Commission and Norka-Roots.

It was a full day seminar and came out to be a very motivational and affective session. It focused on the steps and the areas, which women should ensure before applying for a job in gulf regions. It is actually very important for the applicants to be aware of the job culture and the daily practises followed in the gulf countries. Such seminars are imperative for the job aspirants, because they emphasise on the factors, which a person should verify, before actually going to a far away place for job. It is especially very important for women, to check and recheck the information and the details of the organisation in which they are going to work abroad. They also need to study about the lifestyle and social practises followed in the gulf countries. They need to mould their mind, before hand according to the customs followed there.

Also, you need to know your worth and should not end being a fool and underpaid labour in foreign countries. Therefore, a proper research is essential for the people applying for jobs in gulf or other countries and seminars like these works as eye openers for the common masses.
