Middle East Women Are More Concerned About Their Education and Career

Thegovernment of UAE is focusing more much on providing higher education, whilealso increasing the primary education levels for them and provides them more jobs in Dubai. Various NGOs have comeup that have been helping women to choose proper education, training programmesand careers. It has come up as good news that 65% of teachers in the UAE arewoman.

Moreand more female students are joining the institutions, be it for women only.Similar is the case with the workplaces, where the number of womenprofessionals has reached new heights.
Forthe women who have just completed their studies and are looking for jobs, thereare options of good career guidance which can lead to recruitment at betterplaces. These professional advisors guide to work in different sectors such asengineering, medicine, call centre, legal firms, banking, fashion designing, airlines, travel and tourism, advertising, and many more.

Itis very nice to know that the UAE government is supporting development of careerand education facilities for women in the emirates. A number of privateinstitutions, in co-ordination with government, are providing both educationand accommodation for students who want to build up their and career in thecountry, and help in searching job in Dubai.

Seeingthe ever increasing opportunities in the city, students from various neighbouringIslamic and other countries come to learn and earn. During the campusselections, the companies prefer candidates who are educated in the same city. Most of the companies also prefer women candidates for several positions.
Thelevel of all round education for women has improved in the jobs in UAE, and thus hasresulted in a good job market. However, it is a known fact that the expats willcome, earn, and leave the country, but this will ultimately result in theincrease in the revenues of the country, while shaping the careers of thecandidates.
