Job Description of HR Executives


An HR executive or manager is responsible not only for recruitment, but also other functions, which are detailed below as a part of the job description:

- Manage all HR needs while maintaining consistency with the company’s HR policy.
- Implement and participate continuous process and HR programs improvement.
- Actively participate and advise in Annual Management Reviews.
- Intervene in the management of labor contracts, hiring and leaving of the employees, conflicts between the employees and management, etc.
- Coordinate recruitment and to ensure budget compliance.
- Ensure performance management, document usage and staff management.
- Ensure the development and application of social legislation.
- Adjust the aspects of compensation and benefits consistent with the team compensation & benefits.

To work as a HR manager, you need to have a prior experience in the related domain. This experience will allow you to be in relation with direct operations and collaborations and to evolve in an international environment where implementation of the processes is essential. 

Your knowledge regarding the issues of sales activities and marketing will provide you with a legitimate agreement on accompanying projects and HR development. Your ability to move the projects forward, respect for the business partner, efficient organizational skills, your diplomacy and interpersonal skills are an asset to succeed in this position. Yes! Fluency in English is imperative.
