New Initiative by Ministry of Labour

A large number of Abu Dhabi jobs have the presence of expat community. Abu Dhabi, the capital of UAE attracts expats with its high profile jobs. Not just from neighboring Gulf nations, expats join the companies in Abu Dhabi from European and Asian countries too. The Ministry of Labor has introduced foreign languages for the help of the expat community in UAE.

The expat community members can now communicate in their own languages related to labor issues. The Ministry of Labour has launched a new initiative and expat community will find it quite useful. The call center operated by the Ministry registering complaints will now function in 12 foreign languages.

Employers in Abu Dhabi who are not comfortable in English, Urdu or Arabic can now communicate with the representatives from the Ministry in other languages as well.

The newly introduced languages are as follows:

•    Chinese
•    Russian
•    French
•    Tagalog (Filipino)
•    Bengali
•    Pashtu (Pakistan)
•    Farsi
•    Nepalese
•    Somali

Besides these languages, the Indian languages of Malayalam, Tamil and Punjabi are also added.
The main menu of Labour Ministry’s call center has three registered languages- English, Arabic and Urdu. If the caller cannot communicate in any of these languages then the call center representative will ask for his mother tongue and his call will be shifted to the respective representative.

Abu Dhabi Jobs are available in a variety of sectors. Jobseekers apply for Abu Dhabi jobs from all parts of the globe. Many skilled employers face problem in registering complaints or queries. This new initiative by the labor ministry will boost the employment scenario in Abu Dhabi. The complaints lodged with be addressed within 5 days.
