Creating Resume as Per UAE Standards

Being a city that has no anti-discrimination laws, Dubai offers a free lifestyle to the people residing there. This has also helped the expats to reside in Dubai very easily.  The selection for the jobs in Dubai is completely based on the skills and the experience which the person has achieved. The interviews, especially the technical rounds conducted for selection are also very tough.  The interviewers also judge people based on various things, which are:

Include Photograph

You must include your recent photo with your CV, if you want it to be more effective. The interviewers are quite experienced and your photo will be enough to tell them about you. Make sure that you put a clear photo of yours and also ensure that you look presentable. You ethnicity also matters for the employers in Dubai. Whatever the reason may be, the experts always suggest putting a photograph so that your CV looks effective and lively.

 Including your country of origin:

The nationality of an individual is pretty important for the resume, as it will help the interviewer to categorize the individuals based on their nationalities. Suppose you are a dual-citizen, then better tell interviewers about this beforehand, so that you do not have to face problems in future.

No matter what type of individual you are, you nationality is sufficient to tell the interviewers about you. So stay straight and do not lie with your resume.

Include your real date of birth

This will help the employers to check whether you are suitable for the position or not. Obviously for a sales or marketing position, no middle age men would suit. The employers sort out the candidates based on their age, so it would be better to get sorted out or in, before you plan to visit the venue and attend the interview for job in Dubai.
