Gulf Job market is improving

A family in present scenario is totally dependent on the monthly wages, which is earned by his employed members. Unlike, the business families, service class employees have more or less only one source income, i.e. their job and crisis in job can lead to major financial crunch in the respective family. There are few examples which made the people realise the value of each penny they spend, like recession or downturn which hit the whole world, I still remember what havoc was created last year due to recession in the India. Same happened in Dubai, when many employees were deported due to the crisis faced by the real estate market. All these situations are actually the testing times, it checks our patience and moreover it helps in analysing the strength or power of the company and its employees.

All this is past and now, the good news is, recession is over, the world economy is growing, and the best part the latest slow down faced by the Gulf industries is also on the verge of recovery. I know, all those working in Dubai or Gulf countries have been recently going through a lot of tensions and mental pressure, but now they do not have to worry, as according to the latest reports by an online portal called GulfTalent.com, the job market in the gulf is growing. The company did the survey for year 2009- 2010, which was reviewed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration, and the citied covered by them included Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and the United Arab Emirates.

According to the survey, the job opportunities and the lifestyle of the gulf people are increasing despite the global economic slowdown. Also, with the enactment of new labour laws, the protection of the legal and social rights of the residents as well as the foreign employees, have been far better and a sense of satisfaction has been observed in the citizens living the gulf countries. It means, we should now stop worrying about our friends, relatives working there in Gulf, they have quite a safe future, and if you some how dropped your plan of going to Dubai for a job, you can re- plan and implement it.
