Middle East hiring umpteen professionals !

According to a recent Jobs Index study, the whopping 56% of the employers in Lebanon are planning to hire professionals in the next quarter. The number of jobs in Middle East and North Africa (MENA) is reaching new heights as the companies have turned the scales toward job seekers.

The job market of Middle East is buoyant as the opportunities for professionals seem to have multiplied manifold according to the study. Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Oman top the list of countries with 24-33% companies hiring expatriates for various positions across all levels. Jobs in UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Egypt, Syria and rest of the Gulf region are also opening up in high numbers with 19-27% of the firms looking for professionals.

The answers of respondents varied largely on the issue of vacant positions available in their organizations. From five to a whole hundred posts are waiting to be grabbed across the companies in Middle East. But, executive level positions seem to be in high demand with 30% jobs available for junior executives and 26% for executives. The top notch positions are also in queue with 16% companies looking for presidents, CEOs, CFOs and CMOs.

Mass hiring for jobs in Middle East is especially good news for business management graduates and post graduates. 24% companies in this region will employ staff qualified in this field followed by 22% hiring professionals from commerce, engineering and administration streams. The demand for graduates in fashion design, interior designing and flight training is quite low as barely 5% firms consider looking for more staff but may grow in the light of the economy picking up.

Apparently, Middle East, specifically Gulf is on the path of becoming a business and commerce hub with these fields highly dominating the region.

Start applying for these Gulf jobs now!
